Project "Digital Works for Youth" helps young people from vulnerable groups, especially those who are not in employment, education or training (NEET), by providing mentoring, training and rapid job interviews in Latvia and Romania. The project aims to improve the self-confidence, skills and employability of 600 participants, 120 of whom will be helped to find a job. By connecting young people with employers and offering personalised support, the project empowers them to actively shape their future and is designed to be successfully implemented internationally.
